NYX Xtreme Lip Creme | Review ♡

Hi lovelies!! Back with a new post for you!:-) On Saturday, Nicole gave me this super pretty NYX lip cream! I've always wanted to try their lip creams and it's my first time so why not review it!:-)

She have me this cherry colour (XLC06 Pinky Nude) which I am so in love with! I'm not sure why they called it pinky nude though. I mean, it's a little pinky but it's not nude?? HAHAHAHAHAHA anyways, I've always wanted to experiment with different shades of lip colour but I just can't bring myself away from the pinks since I'm really comfortable with them!

Basically, what the lip cream is, is a liquid lipstick which claims to have extreme colour and intense shine!

As usual, yes, this lip cream has great pigmentation! This is why I am a diehard NYX lip products fan ahahahahahaha their lippies are always so pigmented!

I'm not so sure about the intense shine part, but the extreme colour, definitely! Well, for me, shine isn't something that I look for in lipsticks. Usually, the first thing I look for is the pigmentation and colour. So the lack of "intense shine" isn't too big of a deal for me!:-)

Overall

I absolutely love this lip cream! Definitely can see myself wearing this in future again and I think I really need to get more of these!! Thank you once again, Nicole for giving me this lip cream!:-)

Catrice Periwinkle Eyeliner | How I Wore + Review

Hello lovelies!! Today I'm going to be reviewing a pencil liner I got from Catrice!

This is the Catrice Kohl Kajal Eyeliner in 170 Blue Willis, $3.90, found in Guardian stores!

How I Wore

With coloured liners, I tend to use then in my lower lash line, which I did today! I think that the periwinkle gave such an innocent vibe! I also did a simple winged liner with my Catrice Waterproof Eyeliner, $3.90! And for the eyeshadow, I decided to keep it simple with the Naked 3, $80+ (Lids - Strange, Crease - Nooner)! To tie the whole look together, I used NYX lipstick in Baby Pink, $2 from a flea, on my lips, and a little of NYX Buttergloss in Merengue! I feel that these two products together gives the epitome of baby pink lips! Also, the Buttergloss gives such a nice soft look!

Review

Overall, I really liked this eyeliner! I feel that the pigmentation is not too shabby for the price that you pay! If you are a beginner looking for coloured liners, I recommend this product! You can see if you like it without having to splurge! Also, I do not recommend using this in your waterline. Since it is a kohl kajal, it is not as glidey as the NYX Jumbo Eye pencils, or Urban Decay 24/7 Velvet Eyeliners, for instance, would be! Furthermore, they have a wide variety of colours you can choose from! I am totally going back to Guardian one day to get more coloured liners!:-)

Hey lovelies! I haven't posted in quite a long time and I feel like I just really need to update you girls. Anyway, today I'm sick at home (missed my stupid IED prelim and trying to get over it) and I've been feeling like poop. And not the 💩 smiley poop. The shit poop.
