Dreaming In Pumps

Hi lovelies!! Welcome back to my blog heh. On Tuesday, I had my first studio shoot and today I'll be sharing the experience I had with you all!!

The shoot started at about 9 and the photographer kindly offered to pick us up from Botanic Gardens MRT station and drive us to the studio in the Eunos industrial area. Due to travelling time, we ended up having to meet at Botanic Gardens at about 8am. 

Initially Joey and I wanted to meet earlier at the MRT station to do our makeup (about like, 7;30) but I accidentally woke up late :-((((( But thank goodness we managed to do our makeup at the studio heh (PS the above photo is me without makeup)

We snapped a few photos each for the white backdrop and then together! 

I personally love the ones we did together more than our individuals.

After that, we went on to use the red backdrop because we wore white tops and the black backdrop wasn't available :-(

Initially, it was only Joey who was supposed to work with the red backdrop but then we had like, an hour left to use the studio so I just started using it too!!

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience!! I guess it is partly because the photographer was really friendly and kept giving us tips and advice etc. I really hope to do more and more photoshoots soon!!! It's been really fun, especially with a good friend around:P

Hi lovelies!! Welcome back to my blog!  How are all of you doing??:-) Before I start on my post, I wanted to know if you guys like my new blog makeover!! Let me know what you think;-)

Okie well, it's time to move on to the actual post!

I decided to wear my Black Peplum top yesterday! Forgot where I got it from, but I think it was about $20+??? I wear this a lot for special occasions. And I love the structure of peplum tops! 

Decided to carry my Black Gold-Embellished Clutch which I got from Hong Kong (one of those street stalls) for just $10!:-) This is my favourite clutch to carry for special occasions where I only need my portable charger, a little cash and my phone! Super versatile and easy to handle!:-)

I decided to wear my Blue Porcelain Printed pants from Cotton On, Australia ($15, hehe it was on sale)! I am currently in love with this pair of pants. The material is super comfy and perfect for Singapore's current weather! It's always both hot and cold on the same day, you can't really tell. Since the material is thin, it is very cooling and doesn't feel so warm. Furthermore, it is soooo comfy that it feels like pajama pants lololololol. But they are, in fact, NOT pajama pants. That's just how comfortable I feel in these awesome pants HAAHAAHAHA.

Last but not least, I decided to wear my beloved White Strappy Sandals, from Kmart at $15. Ok let me just tell you guys, I am absolutely 100% in love with this pair of shoes. They are my babies. Initially, I thought that the constant pouring rain would ruin these cuties but no they did not!!!!! This makes me a very happy person HAHAHAAHAHA. There's so much more I wanna rave about these sandals but I'll leave that for my November favourites video which I will be doing soon;-) (PS this is my YouTube channel! Haven't uploaded anything yet but I will soon & it'll mean so much to me if you'd click subscribe <33333)

ANYWAYS, that's all for my ootd! On to the dinner!:-)

First, came the bread! Omggggg it's suuuperrrr soft and warm and it's the best. Awesome start to an awesome dinner.

After that, came the salad! This one is the fruit salad, with apple, celery, lettuce, raisins and nuts in it. Usually I despise salad. But omg this, I cannot resist.

Next, was the spinach with mushrooms and omg I think this is actually one of the best things I've ever tasted. Normally I love spinach and mushrooms anyway but this thing takes it to the next level. I am actually craving for it right now LOL.

They even come with 2 different sauces: onion (the lighter one), and red wine (the darker one). I personally prefer the red wine one. It's just so yummyyyyyyyy!!!

This molten lava cake is slightly different from usual ones. It's lava is actually white chocolate instead of normal/dark chocolate which I'm not sure why, but makes me sooooo happy!!!! It's really yummy, trust me.

The outside of the cake is nice and crisp and the inside is so warm and fudgy and yummy, it just makes me the happiest girl on earth!!!! IT IS PERFECT.

I bought this Red Velvet Cake from Lynn's Cakes! It was super nice and soft and I love it!!!! The cake could use a little more flavour though!

Hi lovelies!!!! OMG I'm so so soooo sorry I haven't been updating regularly these days :-( In the middle of O's rn and I'm so extremely busy & stressed. But don't worry bc I've lots of posts planned for you girls after O's!!!!:-) This is gonna be a really short post bc it's just a mini review on the Silky Girl Lipcolor Balm!!!

Anyway, today I wanted to talk about the Silky Girl lip balm I bought on Saturday!!!! It was super super pretty and awesome!!!

I bought the shade latte

It's super hydrating (ok not super but good enough) and I actually think it's totally fine for me to use this without lip balm underneath. Which is totally insane bc I never do that as my lips are extremely dry.

I feel that it's almost like a dupe for the Revlon ones??? It was only like $11.90 and that's so much cheaper than the Revlon ones which cost $19.90. Still unsure bc I haven't tried the Revlon ones myself but I'm totally getting them after O's and letting you girls know!!!:-)

Hey loveliessss!!! I'm finally BACK WITH ANOTHER POST woohoo!!!!!

It's not too thin or too thick for Singapore's weather! Personally, I despise those shirts with extremely thin and extra stretchy material because  firstly, (it hugs my fats HAHAHAHAHAH) and secondly, I'm not very comfortable in those :-( But this crop tank I'm in love with!!!! It's not too thick as well, so that's great for the horrendous weather in Singapore!!!! Yay day!!!

I'll be doing a post on how I'd style this on another day, probably Sunday so keep a look out for that!:-)
